Austin
Howdy, I’m Austin and I grew up in Blacksburg, Virginia. I graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Economics. While on campus, I was a member of many organizations, each one giving me opportunities to mentor and support my classmates to reach their personal and professional aspirations. My journey with writing began at my high school newspaper, and I now work as a Writing Consultant in JMU’s University Writing Center. I’ve previously had internship in financial services and government consulting, and today, combining those fields, I am a financial services consultant. I try to spend my free time in the outdoors, with my family, and volunteering.
